GertudePerskins would not shop at Vision Direct again.
Only want your Money
Order a pair of prescription glasses beginning of May, with an estimated 2 week turnaround period. Despite the website saying everything was fine, end of May still didn't have my new glasses.
Contacted Vision Direct only to be told that my prescription could not be fulfilled. (Why did they not contact me earlier, or better identify this when processing the order?).
I was then offered a refund. It is now going on 4 weeks since the refund was offered (and 3 months since I ordered my glasses) and I have NEITHER my glasses or Money.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Regarding your refund, it may take up to 10 working days, depends on the payment provider. If this is not the case, please, contact us at servicemanager@visiondirect.com.au with your order details, I will make sure that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
