I've made many orders from mychemist.com.au over the past 4 years. Their prices are good, they have a wide range of products, easy to navigate website and you earn points (redeemable for $$$ off future purchases). Great if you shop for the whole family, or maybe just spend a lot on health & beauty (like me!)- once you reach 400 points you can take your coupons into an actual store and get $20 off when you spend $40! Free postage when you spend over $99 (never more than 3 days), and you can upgrade that to express post for $1.32- I do this and get my goods within 24-48 hours! I've always been very happy with these guys!
I ordered 1800 Nature's Own 1500mg ourderless fish oil capsules from My Chemist on the 04/05/12 and the order was sent the following business day so can't complain there.
As i was ordering a 8 month supply i rang to check they weren't going to expire any time soon,the staff member was happy to check for me and i was informed they had at least 18 months before expiry so again all good there.
I have contacted the store couple of days after I’ve ordered, to follow up on the items that were supposed to be shipped within 1 business day as I live in metropolitan area. During the phone conversation I have been told by Steven that my order would “probably” be packed today and “I should” have it next week. I questioned why is it taking so long and have been told by Steven that delivery time depends purely on the volume of orders that My chemist are having at particular time. So much for shipping timeframes on My chemist web page! I had to cancel my order as I could not wait for next week.
This was the first time I’ve tried purchasing from this store and unfortunately, it was not a good experience.
