I ordered a card from Kogan a few days as they had the best price. They've defiantly improved! The checkout process was one of the easiest and quickest I've ever used and they supported numerous payment methods including PayPal.
Their emails were quick, detailed and prompt and gave me a good estimate on when my item would arrive.
My item arrived via Australia Post packaged sufficiently and was exactly as expected.
I ordered a 40" TV from Kogan and it came over a week before it was due to dispatch, I received 3 emails saying when it would arrive and it arrived on time. I haven't had any problems with it yet and all seems good. I would shop at Kogan again.
I was desperate to get a case for my Surface Pro 3 and could not find a decent, good quality one anywhere except on Amazon...problem is they don't ship to Australia so whilst I kept looking I came across the NVS one and I was happy to see it was being sold at Kogan for about $20 less than other places.
So I quickly ordered it and it arrived in 4 business days packaged in an appropriately sized box. Very happy with my purchase, the case is of great quality and it took little time to get to me.
Bought a cordless water flosser, after a couple of months it stopped charging. Made a warranty claim on the site and a guy replied the same day offering to refund or replace it, when I replied a few days later they shipped the replacement the same day!
The new flosser is fine. This is how all warranty claims should go.

I ordered some Kogan earpods - not by Apple but a rip off for sure. They were $7 with free shipping and all my earphones were dead/lost so I just had to try them.
They arrived today, 4 business days later and I couldn't be more impressed with the sound quality! I shall update this review later if the earphones die unexpectedly early (giving it one year).
For the low low price and comfortable fit, I'm so very happy with my order. Everything ran smoothly which upsets me to read of other's bad experiences with Kogan.
It has warded me off from buying expensive things though if you buy small, cheap things it should be okay.
My ratings will be based on my experience solely. Though a caveat emptor warning should be attached.
I ordered a Universal Phone Holder & Rapid Car Charger Kit and also a Universal 2600mAh Power Bank from Kogan. Very easy site to navigate, crazy good prices but as most people know sometimes not the best quality. I've found the power bank to be great, better than a more expensive one I'd bought elsewhere. The Phone Holder only last about a month before it started to droop and now no longer holds the phone up. On the flip side Kogan's Customer Service offered to send a brand new one out to replace it without me having to need to return the dud one so was very impressed with that.
Ordered more Granbar Ristretto coffee capsules from my Nespresso machine on June 12. The order was despatched on June 16 (quite timely for Kogan) and received on June 19.
The coffee is good and the price is low, so the overall value is great.
