I ordered a 32" Agora Smart LED TV (HD) at a heavily discounted pre-sale price. The initial shipping date was approximately 2 weeks after the date of purchase; however, I received an email to advise that shipment was delayed for a further 2 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. 2 weeks came and went but still I had no TV. It was only after I contacted Kogan another week later to query the whereabouts of my delivery that I was advised that my order had been shipped.
Whilst the delivery was significantly delayed, Kogan TVs are excellent value for money and I would definitely purchase one again.
I bought a white samsung s3 for 420 dollars delivered. It took about 1-2 weeks more towards 1. I was sort of fustrated becuase of this, but the phone in all its delight was the best, and for the price, its a phenonmenal buy. I recommend this phone to all, it really is a companion of a phone
I purchased a remote control UFO from Kogan as part of a sale. The final price with delivery was $50. It arrived in 4 days from the time I ordered.
I wasn't expecting much from the product itself, when It arrived I unpackaged it and found that one of the rotars was broken. Luckily there were replacements in the package. I fixed it and then attempted to fly it. It worked for about 5 minutes then one of the rotors stopped spinning completely. I couldn't get it to work. I didn't bother attempting to get a refund, I though it wasn't really worth it.
So the product came quick, was priced well but didn't really work. You get what you pay for.
Cheap price but the worst after sales service experience considering I was buying an item around $500.. Ordered nexus 4g. Got nexus wifi They sent me the wrong item and it's taken over a month, yet I'm still waiting The website originally said it would ship in 2-3days which helped me in my decision to buy it. It took them over a week to assess that they gave me the wrong product. (took me 5 minutes once it was out of the box).it's not hard to see a SIM card slot ain't there.. I'm guessing this is a common occurrence on the kogan website. All I can say is buyer beware...

Ordered iPhone 5, after 3.5 weeks asked where is my order and why it takes so long time to deliver it. Didn't get any related response in 6! responses, only template responses from Zoe, David M, Thomas M, Ben, Kate. I've called and discuss it with Josh, he lain me that they didn't received my e-mail and rejected to escalate it to manager, forward call to manager or his provide manager name. 10 mins after call I've received one more template e-mail without any answer on my questions where was mentioned that my e-mail had been received, but nothing about why my telephone is not delivered yet. I pre-ordered a Smart full HD tv online. About a week after ordering a received an email to let me know that the tv was not full HD. I decided to keep the order as it was still very cheap compared to others. The item was delayed twice and ended up taking about a month longer to get here than expected. The TV is okay for the price, but you can really tell the difference between this TV and our LG and Samsung Smart TV's. The picture quality is not as good as the smart TV part is a bit bizarre compared to other smart TV's! I would recommend paying a bit more and getting something higher quality.
I bought a robot vacuum cleaner from Kogan and overall I've been pleased with the result. The shipping was fast and the site was easy to use. I got what I paid for with the vacuum. It was quite cheap at $99 and it's not incredibly powerful, being to be emptied and recharged three times to clean my tiny apartment. It is quite convenient thigh and overall I'm happy with it for the price.
I always heard of good offers about kogan, so decided to buy some good deal razor blades. they were cheap but the catch with Kogan is they don't get shipped till ages. the goods was not also delivered as per the estimated delivery date. The goods arrived two weeks after they sent me dispatch email. It was just disappointing shopping.
