Free shipping! I love free shipping as it means you don't pay anything additional for the benefits of shopping at home. I always find that there is more in stock online than in store. As the previous reviewer said, there is no minimum for the free shipping.
I bought 2 beautiful dresses with an additional 40% already reduced items sale. They have the option of an exchange or returns in store, thankfully I haven't had to do that as I've been very happy with my orders.
Shipping took less than a week to process and deliver. Brilliant service!
Purchased a skirt and top when there was a 30% off store wide sale. Three days later I received an email saying that they were searching high and low Australia wide for stock, seven days later I was notified that the top was out of stock, ten days after placing the order I was sent an email that the skirt had been dispatched. I finally received it approximately 12 days after ordering.
In the meantime I saw that the top I had ordered was still listed as in stock on the website. I emailed FCUK and they kindly phoned me personally to explain that the website was not always up to date and the only way it may still be in stock was if someone had returned it. I took a chance and re-ordered the top and lo and behold it was sent to me!
I purchased 2 tops on sale...around 40% off. Both are summer tops. Cut for a size S is roomy and comfortable. Website is easy to navigate. The only thing I would like them to improve on is to have different angles of each item so customers can get a better view of the item. Most items are just show front view only. Shipping is free, which is great. Returns/exchanges/refunds can also be made in person at a free standing store which saves you posting it back. All in all, an easy and convenient risk-free shopping experience.

My order was delayed and dispatched on the 20th of December, and it arrived on the 23rd of December. It was probably delayed as they were getting stock from stores or something as mine came with several markdown tags on it.
I'm not all that pleased with my purchase because it was on sale $5 for a crop top, originally $40. No-one in their right mind would pay $40 for the quality I received, $5 at most.
I am unsure whether other FC items are of this unsatisfactory quality or if I just had a bad experience but it's just a cotton cropped t-shirt. Prices on the site seem exorbitant.
It says free standard shipping for all orders, mine arrived quite swiftly.
The site is a breeze to browse and checkout was quick.
But for quality...c'mon FC, you can do better!
Would not be back unless there's a sale that makes me rethink my decision.
I purchased a pair of leather ankle boots, maxi dress and a skirt as they had a 30% off marked price + free shipping offer. They were awfully slow to dispatch the order but did send an email 6 days after my order that orders would be delayed due to the overwhelming response to the sale. I received my package 03/10 which was two and a half weeks after my order. Unfortunately the package was missing the skirt so I called customer service and they sent out another one and I received it the next day. I would shop with them again as the quality of their clothes is good, I have already made another order! Hoping shipping is faster this time though
Due to the delay in my previous order, they sent me a unique 30% off code to use online which I took advantage of. I ordered two tops, a pair of leggings and boots. It took 3 and a half week to arriving which is a long time considering they dispatch from the same state I am in! They did not contact me in that time, I was just kept waiting wondering if my order would ever come. I would definitely say they don't have great customer service.
When my package arrived, none of the items fit properly - either too loose or tight. I had to then return them all in store which was disappointing as I waited so long for the order to arrive. The quality of the tops was thin and cheap, not good quality for something that retails for $70. I would not purchase from them again after my two experiences
