Beautiful products, but they could really improve on customer service
My shoes were as gorgeous as I expected them to be, but they were a LOT more expensive than the price I'd seen in another physical mall-store. Still, I was desperate for them, and the store at the mall had informed me that, having put this style on sale, my color and size had been completely sold out all over the country, and no new stock would be coming in, as they were phasing this style out. I paid the full, high price to get them from Shoe Shed because I wanted them so much, but they cost almost double the original price tag I'd seen at the mall. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do, I guess. I'd been hunting for a decently good-quality pair of shoes in this style for three years, and I was going to get these shoes no matter what. Shoe Shed carries quite a wide range of shoes from many highly sought-after brands, and that was what attracted me to them. They were local, looked trustworthy and looked like their buyers knew what the masses love. My order took 3 business days just to be processed and shipped out, which I didn't appreciate, because I was in a hurry to try and get them before I flew off for my Christmas holiday. Yes, after having shipped the shoes out, they did arrive within two days, but all this could've been EASILY solved if Shoe Shed offered an Express Shipping option. But for some reason, they don't, and as a result, I am now overseas having to attend Christmas and New Year family and business functions without the shoes I so badly wanted to wear, that would have fit the color themes of Christmas and New Year perfectly. All because they don't express-ship. I was pretty disappointed about this. I don't even recall reading anything about the company looking to implement express shipping as an option anytime soon, either. I had paid a high price for these shoes to buy them from a local retailer so that I could receive them ASAP, but to no avail. Other than that, if you're not in a hurry and willing to wait around a week, their shipping time is alright. The shoes were packed nicely in a box, and were exactly as advertised. I guess I would shop from them again, because their range really is exceptional, but only if I could not find the shoes elsewhere for cheaper, and if I was not in a hurry to get hold of them.
