Good website, easy to order, LOVE that each product has brand origin.
Good range of products, free shipping over $100 and arrived quickly.
BUT can't pay with Paypal which is normally a killer for me but thought I'd try them out anyway.
They sent the wrong shade of make-up. Did not reply to my first 2 emails and replied to the 3rd [at midnight] saying they thought they'd already responded. Requested that I return the product [fair enough] but no reply paid service - instead they would reimburse the postage [no mention of how]. Unfortunately I only realised I had the wrong shade when it was on my skin, so no return for me.
If they're replied to my first email or offered a better return service I wouldn't have bothered writing an average review as I probably should have checked the order when it arrived. Having said that, they were polite and apologetic in the email.
