Do not buy from this shop! Buyer Beware!
Do not purchase from thereefshop! Have had a terrible experience in trying to have a warranty honoured! Purchased an Eheim 2213 on the 4th of May. Over a week later a seal on the cannister bin failed causing a leak. Luckily was there to prevent a large amount of water damage, however when trying to get in touch with thereefshop over the warranty, was directed to both the manufacturer and distributor in breach of the Australian Consumer Law regime. Refused to see evidence of damage or have the item returned for replacement or refund. After over 20 emails was offered a discount on a $60 part (cannister bin) that should have been covered under warranty. Even if they do have good prices, the service is so lacking as products would be far better purchased elsewhere. Especially in the case of quality or expensive equipment which should be expected to last a long time. Very disappointed!
Had same problem with this dodgy lot! I'll be checking reviews before I purchase online again!

Update: 6 months and no refund of $430! Had to go through VCAT and Paul Roberio (reefshop) didn't even show up to hearing! What a dodgy operator he is!
He's got a G3 filter motor and my $430! That's blatant stealing!!! Get the word out this guy needs to be shut down.
