I ordered a pair of work shoes (vans) off surfstitch. They had a sale on so I got 20% off and free shipping. Usually it takes a little while for things to arrive to my house as I'm in regional south australia, but this literally arrived the next day via courier, which was convenient as my work shoes broke the day before that! I was especially impressed that they had express shipping advertised as 2-3 business days and I got my parcel in less than 24 hours.

I ordered a playsuit post Boxing day and the item was said to be shipped from the USA. It arrived only 5 business days later so I am amazed! Especially in the post-Christmas period where an increased number of parcels are delivered, mine came so speedily :)
The playsuit itself is perfect and just like on the website, I do like shopping on Surfstitch except sometimes their modelling of clothes isn't as nice as other sites but nothing a bit of imagination can't fix!
I ordered a pair of shoes last week, and they have already arrived!! They were too small - my size seems to vary from a 7 to an 8.5 depending on the brand, I wish the brands could get it together- and I will be exchanging them, but I was so pleased with the style of them (they are Nike plimsolls) and I will be able to exchange them and still have them arrive in the time it takes for a normal package to arrive!
The only thing I don't love about surf stitch is that their range is a bit limited. If they had more to choose from, a la asos, they would be my first choice, as they have such great policies, free shipping and returns over $100, and they use afterpay, which is amazing.
Brought a pair of leather Vans for $25.17, including free shipping, what can be better than that?
The shoes were on sale probably due to having one size left, which happens to be my size, plus 30% discount on all sale items. Great shoes, super fast delivery. High recommended!
I placed my order for a pair of shoes on the 17/6 and received them on the 19/6. Considering the shoes were coming from QLD to WA that is extremely fast and the shipping was free! Very impressed and will defiantly shop with them again.
Wrong colour and wrong sized t-shirt sent out to me. Surfstitch office insisted on the incorrect t-shirt being sent back by expensive registered post (£8) before I could receive another. However, they were unable to tell me if they had my correct order in stock. I eventually received a refund for the t-shirt after many emails, but after promising the refund postage to me, they did not give me the postage refund. I had to send many more emails, and contact their Head Office in Australia before they finally gave me the postage refund via PayPal whereupon I received less than I should have done due to the exchange rate.
I eventually bought the t-shirt from a reputable store with no problem, which I wished I had done firstly.
