Another bonus is that most items have free shipping. We received the item within a week.
The only negative is that there was no communication. No notice to say they have processed or posted the order.
Ordered a pair of Adidas Adizero running shoes for $49.99 (RRP $150) include shipping on 23rd Mar, but the shoes didn't get shipped until 10 Apr.
There seem to be an error with their ordering system, when I check the order status it was saying "Order Status Unavailable" for entire time.
Phone customer service (didn't have to wait long) on 27th Mar to check status of the shoe. The customer representative just told me the shoe is very popular, they had a lot of orders and in a queue to be processed. She didn't ask for my order id nor able to tell me how long I need to wait.
On 7th Apri, after 2 weeks finally hear back from Amart via email telling me that they had problem with ordering system. My shoes were then packed an sent on following Monday 10th Apr.
Shoes received on 14th Apr after 3 weeks.
Happy with the quality of the shoes, very light and comfy. Although quite a bit of delay with online order, but considering good price and free shipping, I might just order again if there's a good deal on in future.
