Customer service non existent! Still waiting for an order from August... It's now November. They do not answer emails, I have sat on hold for both live chat & phone for over 40 minutes 3 times, still no answer though if you make a complaint on Facebook or twitter it is gone within minutes - so there are obviously staff there somewhere, they are just not interested in serving the customers!!!
Please google other review sites as well to verify poor customer service. Do not risk your event being ruined.
Stay away - do not even risk the hassle you will have with this company!
Terrible Customer Service!!
I placed an order for wedding favours june 3rd 2013.... im still waiting. no one contacts you to let you know what the status is.... everytime i call i am told that no one is available to take my call and i will be called back..... im still waiting for that too. i have managed to speak to some one in the last 6 months 3 times... the first 2 times i am told that they are still awaiting their supplier to send the stock
i went onto their site to track the order and it stated i will receive the order in July, thats 1 year!! unacceptable!!!! the last time i was told sorry your order was misplaced. unacceptable! i asked for a refund of which i am still waiting for also
i went onto their facebook page and commented on the bad service i have received... my comment was removed and i am no longer able to comment on the page....
Fair Trading it is!!!

No Customer Service - Order Not Even Sent
I have to agree with the last reviewer and have had pretty well the same experience. There is absolutely 'zero' customer service here. The only difference for me is that they no longer display any phone number on their website.

I ordered items for an engagement party in 2 days time, 4 weeks ago. I have not received anything at all. They took my payment immediately, and I have heard nothing from them since then. I have emailed several times, I have sat on their live chat waiting for a response for 30 minutes at a time, and not had any response. The only indication that anyone actually works there, is the fact that they find time to post on facebook. It is a pity that they treat customers with such contempt.

I am now trying to get a refund, but without being able to contact them, I am not sure what to do.

My advice would be to stay away from this company, and if you want to test them yourself, try clicking on the 'Live Chat' icon in the bottom right of their website and see if you can get any response.....

Beware no communication
I have had a similar experience order was placed in August, finally got hold of them on a different phone number after doing some searching on the internet. The owner is Kathryn Porritt, she is also the author of a book 'the party book'. I was told some of the items were on backorder & they would send the whole order when the other items arrived (about 2 weeks), I asked if they could send the items already there & then all of a sudden she did some more checking but none of the order was in fact there! So I asked for a refund & to cancel my order, this has to go through management & may take upto 3 weeks before I receive an email from them, not holding my breath! Would not recommend this company.

On 17 February 2014 I ordered cupcake boxes for my wedding on 9 March 2014.

On the same day I received a confirmation email if my order and a further email confirming my credit card had been debited.

On 18 February 2014 I received an email saying that due to an overwhelming demand they had "just sold out" of the product I ordered. I was told they expected new stock by the end of February or early March.
I replied on 18 February 20-4 saying that if I will not get the product in time for my wedding I would like a refund.

A received an email on 19 February asking if I would like to wait for the product I ordered. I replied that unless it can be guaranteed I would revived them on time, I would like a refund.

On 20 February I received an email saying they could not guarantee delivery in time but could offer me a similar product (the product offered was nothing like the product I purchased)

On 20 February I replied saying I would like a refund.

On 21 February I emailed asking for confirmation that I would be receiving a refund.

On 24 February I received an email saying that my refund would be processed and I would receive a transaction number from their finance department shortly.

On 5 March I still hadn't revived my refund so I emailed asking when I can expect to receive my money.

On 6 March I received an email apologising that my refund had been overlooked and that the finance team would be asked to expedite the matter.

On 20 March I still hadn't revived my refund so I emailed asking for confirmation that my refund had been processed by close of business 21 March otherwise I would take the matter further. I have not heard anything nor received my refund.

These people obviously advertise products they don't have on stock to lure people in and rip them off.

They don't have any contact details other than their email address so communication is limited.

I will be making a complaint to consumer protection.
Do not order from them.
