Purchased woman's linen shirt and men's leather belt from the sales section of online shop. Received it within 3 days and the products are excellent quality. The wool pants I purchased was a bit smaller in size, the staff in the Sportscraft store in Macquarie Centre was very friend and helpful in refund the items and help me to choose other styles. Excellent shop!
I love Sportscraft but as they are quite expensive I usually buy during sale time. I purchased a light weight jacket and a pencil skirt. Both fitted beautifully. Website is clear and easy to navigate. The photos of each item are large and clear which 3 to 4 different angles. Shipping is usually $10 but they sometimes offer free shipping. I had to pay shipping this time but it would be good if they offered free shipping on all orders. Returns are able to be made at their free standing stores which is very convenient.
Made an order on Saturday, everything was packed yesterday (Monday) and my birthday shoes arrived today just in time for my birthday dinner! So their amazing service ensured my order arrived after one business day, love it.
My sister ordered for me with a $20 discount voucher and added gift wrapping plus a personalised message that a human hand wrote! Made my day feel more special, so thank you Sportscraft.
Since it was a gift I'm not too fussed about the price though it is quite expensive for quality clothing. I would recommend this store for its clothing, service and nice site design.

Shipping was free, and delivery time was within a week.
Sportscraft return of items are possible in store which is good is something you purchased online isn't the right size or what you expected.
As an online member, its worth signing up to get newletters of new products, sales and promotions.
Also worth checking out the sale section as in past I have also picked up some great bargains, especially with accessories.
