I've always loved supre stores and on one lazy day, I decided to order it online. My order included a fitted bandeau, long singlet, malibu high waist skirt, butterfly printed dress, twist strappy singlet and faux leather corset. This came up to $53.00 plus $8.50 shipping. I frequently use posting services so I know the price is reasonable, but most online boutique offers free shipping. They also have a few items that is exclusive to online purchases.
The items were dispatched within one business day and it arrived the next day. It came with the distinctive supre bag. I love collecting their bags as they often have different patterns, this particular one is black and green, exclusive to online orders.

I had a gift card to use, so I figured I would shop online as I was quite busy. I purchased a pair of "Coloured Ankle Jeans" in Ruby for $35, with the basic flat rate shipping at $8.50. At checkout, there was also an additional fee of $3.95 due to GST.
Shipping was pretty quick, as it was delivered the following Monday. The pants were of decent quality, as you can't expect too much from stores like Supre. However, I had to exchange them for a smaller size which turned out to be a huge hassle.
After visiting my closest store, the girls working there told me they believed that I could only exchange items purchased from the website by posting the item with some form. I paid the postage fees for both the item to go over and for the item to come back, so the pants were over fifty dollars instead. They do however have a generous 100-day exchange policy and I received an exchange without a hitch.
Unless you are certain of sizing and going to a physical store is too much of a hassle, I wouldn't shop online from here.
I've shopped at Supre online several times before and on the whole my experiences have been pleasant.
The site is easy to use, the clothing is cheap and shipping time and price is reasonable ($8.50 unless your order is over $100, then it is free).
However, I have had a few problems. One order took a couple of weeks to be delivered, to which they sent me a letter apologizing and a $15 gift card. In another order, a pair of jeggings I'd bought had torn along a seam. I sent it back and received a replacement (as I had requested) and they offer to reimburse the cost of postage, but I was able to ship it to them for free. Also, between the original purchase and the replacement, the jeggings had gone on sale so I received a web credit for the difference in price.
All in all, not bad. Customer service team were very helpful and the problems were rectified without much hassle :)
I always shop at their online shop because their store are pretty far from where I live. They have more size and they pretty cheap too, their flat rate on all orders for shipping are $8.50, to get free shipping, you have to purchase $100(or over) worth of orders. You can connect your Facebook account to register an account or type-in email if you can't be bother to create one. On my first order, one of my tops have a faulty, although they offer 100 days returns and exchange but they ask for enclose a prepaid postage bag for them to get my exchange done which I don't feel like doing it so I end up didn't do anything to it. Their delivery are pretty quick, I received my parcel in like 5-7 days. So overall, everything's good but be aware that purchase carefully to avoid pay extra for the return/exchange.

I ordered just a top in a beautiful, vibrant blue colour. It is soft and comfortable and I'm happy with it considering it was only $5. I paid with Paypal and was charged an extra 2%...strange that they charge extra if you pay with Paypal but 2% isn't much - 10c.
My parcel arrived via registered post in 4 business days since placing my order on new years day. It arrived in a satchel wrapped in a black and pink Supre bag which was really nice! I'm glad online customers aren't forgotten and we get the cool bag too.
Overall I am happy with my purchase but I wouldn't be back solely because their clothing doesn't strike my interest. Website browsing was simple, checkout was quick and the experience was great! Would shop again if there was something I liked, recommended if you like their clothing.
I had never bought from Supre, let alone on their website so I was a bit nervous about the sizing and quality of their clothes. I didn't have time to go instore so decided to just order as they have the option to exchange if the clothes aren't suitable.
I ordered a couple of skirts and dresses and received a discount as they had a promotion at the time with a discount code. I found out about the code from their Facebook page.
The items were delivered quickly (within a few days from memory) and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did the skirts and dresses fit perfectly but they were of pretty good quality considering the price was super low! I have had quite a few compliments when wearing the clothes too!
