ASOS is the one place that I have returned and continued to purchase from time and time again. For one thing, shipping to Australia is free and it is also punctual, fast and comes with a tracking number to help keep your mind at ease. Personally, I have had packages arrive as early as four to five weekdays subsequent to placing my order online! And that is free shipping, guys!
In terms of cost, I feel that ASOS is one of the most affordable online fashion stores out there. With a wide range of styles from your basic t-shirts and sweatpants to eclectic leather jackets and in-house designed lines, they really can cater to a lot of different personalities.

In this purchase, I ordered shoes from ASOS for the very first time. They arrived nicely packaged and secure in a box separate to the other items - and were exactly as described and photographed on their site. I have no complaints. The quality is not perfect, however, and they get scuffed rather easily but considering my shoes were only $40 at the time of purchase I am really not complaining.
Definitely will buy from here again - and, in fact, I already have :P
I'm pretty sure a lot of people are avoiding online shopping, because they are afraid the clothes wouldn't fit as well as if they are buying it in physical stores.
ASOS realize this problem so they have return policy which allows us to send back the item in original condition.
Besides this additional service, everything else is awesome the shipping is free, it's fast (took less than a week for me), and they have a lot of choices and sizes
So back then, I bought this shorts which did not fit, as I never returned anything that I bought online so I kinda kept it at my place for around a week or two, but then I read about ASOS's return policy so I decided to return the shorts that does not fit.
So all I need to do is pack the clothes that you want to return, place the return label (or if you don't have it anymore you can print it out from their website), and send it back
In less than a week, I saw they credited the money back in my account.
The only drawback with this feature is that the shipping back is quite expensive, but this should be okay as their warehouse is located in Australia (Sydney) so it won't cost you as much as if you want to return anything that you bought overseas.
So with this experience, I would say I am very happy with ASOS, their return policy and willing to shop there again
As usual ASOS has exceptionally fast shipping. My order came within a week and tracking code is provided. The prices were reasonable priced although a down fall would be the sizing. I referred to the size guide to choose my sizing but when the order came it was a few sizes too big for me. There was no point in returning as postage back would cost around the same as the shirt. This had been the second time clothing was a few sizes too big.
Asos is my favourite shop to buy fashion as outlined in my first review about asos. I bought a formal shirt , formal pants, a fashionable bag and fashionable shoes for 80 dollars. so 20 dollars for each thing which is phenomenal. Shipping took 1-2 weeks. It is the best type of online store for a uni student. I recommend this to my friends
