The sizing from UK/US sizing that they have is a bit weird and different to the Australian sizing... So you need to be aware and prepared when you order from ASOS. However I was very happy when purchasing 2 pairs of skinny jeans that I ordered! I advise everyone using ASOS to ALWAYS look at the materials of the products that you are purchasing to avoid being so disappointed when receiving your products! Especially with jeans if you like more stretchy ones versus more thicker jeans, and that is all told in the material composition. Shipping is quite fast as usual, considering that it comes from the UK and takes around 7 working days!
I used asos to purchase a size for a Birthday I had coming up. I found one I liked in the outlet section which was great because it was in sale!! Straight after I ordered the CSS I received a confirmation email and shortly afterwards, I received email saying it was dispatched. The dress fitted great and was exactly how I pi turned it tone.

Although I saved almost twenty dollars because of the sales, the delivery was a little late (it took around 2 weeks) and I wasn't as impressed of the actual quality of the clothes themselves. I purchased a number of clothing articles from ASOS and found it a bit like shopping at a discount department store on-line. I found ok products at good prices, however it did not have the class or wow factor that I was expecting. I think their range is huge so decision making is sometimes hard with so many options and styles. Their prices are good and one thing I really liked was the way that once the order was placed an email came from ASOS in Melbourne, assuring me that their would be local support if required. Shipping took less than a week and the products fit and looked like they did on the photos, so overall it was positive without being the best experience ever.
I've ordered from ASOS many times and rarely have I've ever been disappointed. Though I would say that their products are generally more expensive compared to other online shops, you are still getting your moneys worth because shipping is free.
Also, (and this is probably what I love about them most), is their Returns system is so easy and cheap for international buyers. I live in Sydney most of the time I cannot return goods that i've bought online cause of the hassle and the return shipping cost. But ASOS costs about $7-8 to return. WHICH IS VERY CHEAP.
Their own brand products are also very reasonably priced and decent quality. I own a couple of party dresses from them and i'm quite pleased with the quality, at least for the price! They've been in the wash a couple of times and still held up, especially around the bust area. Overall very pleased. :)
