I had only shopped at ASOS once before but needed a new pair of dress shoes before Christmas. I found a suitable pair and ordered quickly online. I was surprised it arrived 5 days later , the shoes are great quality and comfortable. I will definitely shop at ASOS again.
I bought a very cery cheap wallet for 11 dollars. now i had assume that all asos products were of the highest quality. this wallet yes it is lasting excellently and it was well crafted etc, but the exterior is made of a very cheap looking plastic. it also feels distasteful. its the first time ive been dissaproving of an asos product.

ordered on the second, shipped on the 2nd and arrived on the 7th. seemed amazingly quick to me.
2 of the shirts were slimmer than expected, though they do mention that their shirts are slightly smaller than typical sizing. the fabric felt nice, although somewhat thin. not sure how many washes these will last, nor how much rough and tough they can handle
but to put things into perspective, for the cost of one typical tshirt here, i managed to get 3, so im happy with my purchase. you can exchange and refund items, but shipping back is at your expense. im wasnt fussed enough to do so
at least now i know my sizing for possible future purchases, for shirts anyways. will be keeping half an eye out on Asos
I ordered some gloves December 28th and considering the holiday season, it arrived on the 3rd of january which is within a week and is fast. They were also cheap and good quality given that i bought gloves from cotton on which i thought were the same but were rougher in texture. Payment was also easy through paypal and the delivery by auspost was well delivered. They even sent emails saying the item was dispatched and is on its way from the factory which is great updates.
I ordered two items, a bag and a dress on 19/11 and they arrived 7 business days (28/11) which was good. This site is always so trustworthy and has recently become my favourite online store for fashion and beauty purchases.

This time, I ordered a lipstick, it arrived in 4 business days which is fantastic! However, it arrived in quite a large box for a lipstick so I reckon they could have placed it in a bag.

bought this pom pom sweater from asos the other day and i wore it the first time 2 day ago. pom poms from the sweater were falling off and ruined the whole idea of this product.. i liked this sweater alot and it disappointed me to the max
did you return it? they are great at doing returns if you can be bothered nagging them about it. they will even pay your return postage if you keep the receipts, etc.
