Feeling the need to refresh some of my wardrobe, i decided to buy a few shirts
With orders over $40, shipping is free. This amount is pretty easy to reach
Once my order was paid for and confirmed, my items were marked as posted the next day. another 5 days, my shirts arrived.
The packaging seems to have changed to have handles like a carry/shopping bag, which is convenient. A small detail, but appreciated.
Have always been happy with the service and delivery of Asos, and would happily recommend them and buy from them again. They'll have my repeat business

I received an order confirmation the same day, and my item was marked as posted the following day.
From past experience, deliveries from Asos normally arrive within under a week, but this time took 2 weeks to arrive. i contacted customer service to find out the whereabouts of my order as their tracking link in the email they had provided was not working.
All the could say was that it could be due to deliveries and asked me to wait a little longer. Luckily (happily?) my order arrived a few days after.
Based on past experience and previous expectations, i was disappointed with the time taken for delivery and the fact that my tracking link did not work, but overall, 2 weeks is not unacceptable delivery time.
i was happy with my purchase as well, and so will still continue to buy from them
Ordered a couple of V Neck shirts, a regular Tee and a pair of jeans from Asos in an attempt to update my warddrobe.
Due to the total amount of my order, shipping was free.
My order was confirmed the same day and dispatched the next day. Actual delivery of my items was quite long as well, taking over 3 weeks to arrive.
Unfortunately, the Tee and jeans were unsuitable, so i arranged a courier to pick it up for a return & refund. There is a $5 charge to arrange a return pickup. The process was quite easy and the courier was quick to arrive. My refund was processed within 2 weeks.
I guess i was a little disappointed with the delivery time and the items purchased (but thats the risk of online buying where the item looks nicer than it actually is), but the refund process is very easy and quick.
Overall, i would still be happy to purchase from Asos again
ASOS is a popular clothing store. I bought 3 items (2 swimwear and bag). They arrived around 2 weeks later with everything individually wrapped and in a sturdy cardboard box. All items looked like the picture on the site.
I haven't shopped at asos for a while since they made it free shipping for orders over $40 otherwise it's $5.
I saw some really cool asos branded plimsolls I just had to own but my order was under $40 and I had to pay shipping after hours of browsing the site for other things to buy haha!
Either way, I'm very very happy with my purchase, it was the last in my size and they fit perfectly. I ordered on the 22nd and it arrived on the 27th so that was a quick 3 business days - faster than I've ever experienced.
I'd recommend asos! The $5 shipping fee isn't too bad because things are shipped so quickly.
I recently bought a Closet midi skirt in navy from ASOS, and it is one of my absolute favourites. It fits fantastically and the cut is gorgeous!
I feel like I am biased towards ASOS because I bought ASOS Premier membership a while back, so shipping and returns are always free.
I think if I didn't have it, I would buy less from ASOS because returns are expensive - and it took me two goes to find the correct size in the skirt because I had to size up due to the brand running very, very small!
But my skirt is amazing! I wore it to dinner with the other half's family the other night, and I felt so elegant and pretty. Go Closet brand, and go ASOS for stocking Closet brand.
