Always quick and reliable about their shipping methods, the parcel is always well adjust, and the products never broken. It usually take a week sometimes less, to receive your order. The tracking tool is really effective so you don't have to worry where is your parcel and when will it arrive to your beloved wardrobe. Of course You have to be carefull with sizes. As it is an online store, you can't try it on. But most of the time the size is pretty good. I never had bad surprises with ASOS, and their shoes are just amazing ! The main fact why ASOS is loved by everyone is maybe thanks to their huge stock, brands and models. Of course their 70% off sales once a month and their seasonal sales are just amazing. I bought a winter coat and 3 pairs of trousers for $140.60. They came in two bundles of postage which arrived on the same day about 1-1.5 weeks later. The quality of the clothes isn't the best but they are cheap so you get what you pay for. Postage is free and is reasonably quick and they accept returns.
For some reason I had only discovered ASOS early this year, since then my bank account has plummeted. My recent purchases are lace and mesh black skater dress, green dress with cold shoulder, off shoulder cream lace and mesh dress and a blue summer dress with strappy back all from their ASOS collection. All of the dresses purchased was under $30 each, needless to say, I was very happy with the products.
The dresses came within 2 weeks, which I thought was pretty fast considering it was free shipping and came all the way from the UK. Unfortunately, one of the dresses didn't fit. I had to send them back to their Australian warehouse and have to pay return shipping (fair enough). The process was very simple and the refund came in a timely manner.
I am a regular user of Asos, thanks to their affordable prices, excellent service and quality products.
Items are much cheaper than you would find for equivalent in Australia. Additionally, they are fairly unique and have that real UK style. Postage is free and fast (if you want faster, it's only $10).
I found a few of my items didn't fit on this occasion. You have 28 days (from delivery) to post the items back. Don't fear - postage is only to NSW, not the UK, so I found it was under $13 - not bad given the significant initial savings. I received a refund in less than 1 week.
ASOS is my favourite online store! They have a MASSIVE range of clothing from international brands and have free international worldwide shipping. I ordered a Wildfox t-shirt which was awesome! Shipping is extremely fast and arrived to my house within 3 days! ASOS is often on sale and you can always get a great bargain! ASOS is a store where everyone can find something amazing to buy!
I bought an item for my girlfriend's birthday, on the 28th of May. I needed it by the 2nd of June, so I paid $10 extra for express post and received it by the 31st of May, crazy! I received updates after my purchase that told me that my item had been sent 5 hours after and I was able to view live updates of it's status.
The product arrived in a quality and high end looking ASOS box which was very unexpected and a great added touch. ASOS have a huge range of clothing and accessories for men and woman. There products range, stocking both budget goods and high end designer items.
