I've ordered from ASOS many times and rarely have I've ever been disappointed. Though I would say that their products are generally more expensive compared to other online shops, you are still getting your moneys worth because shipping is free.
Also, (and this is probably what I love about them most), is their Returns system is so easy and cheap for international buyers. I live in Sydney most of the time I cannot return goods that i've bought online cause of the hassle and the return shipping cost. But ASOS costs about $7-8 to return. WHICH IS VERY CHEAP.
Their own brand products are also very reasonably priced and decent quality. I own a couple of party dresses from them and i'm quite pleased with the quality, at least for the price! They've been in the wash a couple of times and still held up, especially around the bust area. Overall very pleased. :)
ASOS had such a great variety of clothing and accessories... the choices are endless! The site is great to navigate and they also have great sale items.
I ordered a pair of shoes which was dispatched to me within 24 hours and arrived in approximately 3 days after I put in the order. I Was very impressed because it was December too - which is usually the most busiest time, there were no issues with shipping.

I purchased a number of clothing articles from ASOS and found it a bit like shopping at a discount department store on-line. I found ok products at good prices, however it did not have the class or wow factor that I was expecting. I think their range is huge so decision making is sometimes hard with so many options and styles. Their prices are good and one thing I really liked was the way that once the order was placed an email came from ASOS in Melbourne, assuring me that their would be local support if required. Shipping took less than a week and the products fit and looked like they did on the photos, so overall it was positive without being the best experience ever.
Ordered a pair of Hugo Boss shoes from ASOS. Same great experience from browsing to purchasing to delivery.
However the shoes actually don't look how I expected them to look, which was slightly disappointing. ASOS have multiple views of shoes side-on (including the 360 degree view). However the shoe can look pretty different from the view above. ASOS does have a top and bottom view, but maybe it's just me, but the real thing doesn't look as good as I remember it in the photo!
First time I ordered from ASOS I found it simple and easy to use. It allows you to refine your search by colour, size, price range etc. which is really handy considering the vast amount of clothing and accessories they offer.
I bought a bikini set which was discounted by 30% and had a voucher for a further 20% off and they also offer free standard shipping, so it ended up being really cheap. Very happy with the quality as well.
My order was placed on a Monday night, dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Friday. They send emails when your order has been received and dispatched, and you can track it online.
