ASOS really is my favourite go-to online store for all clothing/accessories/footwear/beauty, everything is so much more affordable and the range is huge!

I ordered a pair of sandals which are so so comfortable on the 27th of October, they arrived on the morning of Halloween (31st of October) so that was very speedy, free shipping - very nice.

It was packaged nicely and I'm very happy with the quick service and the price I purchased at. Forever recommending this store, always reliable from my experiences.

Awesome online place for fashion
This site has a huge collection of stuff from great brands like G-Star, Boss, CK, and Armani. I've bought from them multiple times over the last year or so, and never had a problem.

Their stuff is generally priced cheaper than in Australia as well.

Join their mailing list as they frequently have promotions like 10% or 15% of everything.

ASOS is definitely alot cheaper than department stores which sell the same brands. Their range is quite impressive and the best part is the free shipping. However, one of the things i didn't like about ASOS was the fitting of the items i received but i suppose clothes bought online can be a risk regardless of the store.

ASOS can be hit or miss in terms of quality but every time I have an issue, their customer service has never failed to resolve it. Shipping is almost always within 7 days and they constantly send out promo codes. I've had trouble with their express couriers though and they've stopped sending tracking links for standard shipping but who can complain when it's free. Amazing company!

ASOS had such a great variety of clothing and accessories... the choices are endless! The site is great to navigate and they also have great sale items.

I ordered a pair of shoes which was dispatched to me within 24 hours and arrived in approximately 3 days after I put in the order. I Was very impressed because it was December too - which is usually the most busiest time, there were no issues with shipping.

I am highly pleased with my purchase, the product, it's price and the shipping time.

I will definitely be shopping with ASOS again in the future. I highly recommend it!

Cheap quality - ASOS needs to edit their stock better!
I ordered an A Wear Lace Swing Top from ASOS. I was SO looking forward to it because I used to have something similar, but then I went up one dress size and it no longer fit.

But when it arrived, it was clear the top was quite cheaply made and of really average quality lace. I live in Australia, and I feel like I could happily have gone to target or kmart to find anything of comparable quality.

But on the website the top was really pretty and elegant, like something from a more expensive high street fashion store.

I have started to wonder whether ASOS is growing too fast, and whether customer demand is outstripping the store's ability to provide top quality merchandise!

I still like ASOS but if the next few orders are bad, I might give up on them!

Worst Customer service ever
I recently purchased some school clothes from ASOS. I had recently moved so when I got to check out I updated my address. The next day I checked status on my package and saw that it was being shipped to my old address, I was very annoyed. I contacted ASOS by email because they don't have a call center and expressed my issue to them. Someone named Phil got back to me that same day and said that he would look into my issue and he asked me for my Order # and my address. The next day in the afternoon I noticed that Phil or anyone from ASOS customer service had still not contacted me back about the whereabouts of my package so I sent them a few emails back to back expressing my annoyance with this whole isse. Later on that day someone from there customer service name Sophie emailed back and said:

Hello Yanni,

Thanks for getting back in touch about the address change of your order ########

We're unable to amend the delivery address your order is being sent to. The parcel has been delivered to:
####################################

This was delivered on the 11th August at 13:55 to the concierge.

You can try to retrieve the parcel from the current delivery address or ask the person at the address to return it to ASOS.

If it's returned to us, a refund will then be issued and you'll receive an email to let you know.

If you still want the items and they're still available, please order them through our website as normal as I'm unable to place your order for you, for security reasons. An easy way to do this is to log into your account, view the original order and then add the items you want back into your shopping bag.

I'm sorry that this probably wasn't the answer that you was hoping for Yanni. If there's anything else tat you need,please get back in touch I'll be happy to help.

I was frustrated because basically they where like I had to pay even more money to get my package on a error they made or put my trust in some strangers hands hoping that they will do the right thing and send my package back I could not believe it. I then responded and asked to speak with a manager but I got no reply back they totally stop responding to my emails.
