Items are always shipped well and in a timely manner. Clothes are individually wrapped which isn't great for the Earth but it helps protect everything during shipping.
I pay $50/year and have unlimited express shipping (to Sydney) on any order which is great. It doesn't matter if I spent $1 – I get express shipping. Occasionally this will take 3 days, but it's never been longer than that.
I shop from the ASOS Curve range which are all well made, flattering and reasonably priced. I find all the photos and descriptions match the items I receive perfectly.
Returns information is clear and straightforward, though I've never actually had to return anything.
I ordered a pair of socks recently from asos and my delivery arrived in 5 business days, which is expected from asos. Once again it arrives in a grey satchel with black print 'asos' on it, very distinguishable! I loved the quality of my socks, the brand was Selected and they're glimmer socks - a lilac coloured sock with a gorgeous sheen-glimmer running through it!
The prices are very reasonable especially on sale, their service is consistently great and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending them as always!
I have noticed I've been buying a lot of makeup from ASOS lately. I bought a bunch of Rimmel cosmetics from them since they're so affordable!
They arrived on 18/2 which was an impressive 5 business days (tip: try buy on a Sunday like I did and it should arrive on Friday and you don't have to wait over the weekend!).

I ordered an A Wear Lace Swing Top from ASOS. I was SO looking forward to it because I used to have something similar, but then I went up one dress size and it no longer fit.
But when it arrived, it was clear the top was quite cheaply made and of really average quality lace. I live in Australia, and I feel like I could happily have gone to target or kmart to find anything of comparable quality.
But on the website the top was really pretty and elegant, like something from a more expensive high street fashion store.
I have started to wonder whether ASOS is growing too fast, and whether customer demand is outstripping the store's ability to provide top quality merchandise!
I still like ASOS but if the next few orders are bad, I might give up on them!
I bought a spotted net smock dress and a mink pink bustier from this website. The bustier was too small for my bra size, and that is fair enough. But the ASOS brand dress was such a travesty!!!
It was in a looser, smock style, so it is supposed to be a bit voluminous. But this dress was just huge and hideous. I get that it is supposed to be that floaty, oversized style. But it looked like I was wearing a hideous tent.
I have two more orders coming from ASOS (oops. I am addicted). If they don't have clothes which are both flattering and good quality, I won't be buying from them again. I am sick of the hit and miss quality of ASOS brand!
Oh yes I've heard about ASOS branded clothing having sizing that's way large (especially for smock dresses) - maybe try out the petite section? I moved there after finding the smock dresses in the normal range were too long for my short torso.
