I've had such a bad experience with this store. Ugh.
I ordered a dress for a wedding over a month in advance. I got a tape measure out and made sure I got exactly the right size according to their sizing chart, and noted that delivery was expected within 3-5 business days. Easy.
This order wasn't even shipped for 7 business days. So much for a 3-5 day delivery. When I emailed asking for an update I waited 48+ hours for a mediocre and unhelpful response. I asked about alternatives - could I do an in-store pickup, or pay for express shipping - and these queries went unanswered.
When it finally arrived, it was also way too big. I double checked the size chart and it should have been perfect.
Reply paid shipping and a refund was offered, which was appreciated.
So I ordered a second dress in a smaller size. Again, this delivery was late. Again, answers to emails I sent took too long and were really poor.
When this second dress arrived, it arrived faulty.
By this stage I was in a bit of a rush to get this dress as the wedding was soon approaching, so I called to see what stores had it in stock (I emailed first but, surprise surprise, didn't get a timely response).
This store couldn't hold the dress for me - even though I'd had two failed purchases already - so I had to leave work and rush out and get it. This store then couldn't refund the faulty dress, so I had to take it to ANOTHER store, in-person, and have it returned then.
In the future I would never bother with this store again. 2 online orders and 2 store visits, for a single dress that should have arrived within 5 days.
Only positives: good return policy, reasonable shipping costs.
