You can now search by keywords, as well as filtering results such as gluten free, fat free etc. My order arrived within the delivery window and was packed securely, no items were damaged. Doing my monthly grocery shop with Coles Online is always easy, my past purchases are saved allowing me to add the items I need to my trolley quickly, delivery options have improved and deliver price is cheaper. Items are always delivered within chosen time slot and I am never disappointed with their service.
I've always preferred shopping at Coles compared to Woolworths but they need to make more products available online if they want to remain competitive. I couldn't find some of the items I usually order which is a little annoying. Overall it's decent and stores my credit card details so I don't need to dig it out each time.
