TERRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE - SHOP ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE!
My experience with this bunch of crooks was pretty much like the the negative commenters below. I'm not even so sure that they actually even have products to sell – they just seem to hold on to your hard-earned cash for 6 weeks then release it after you threaten legal or consumer action.
Have a look at Product Review as well to see more customer reviews -but beware: The positive reviews seem to be written by ring-ins. You can tell identify them by the way the reviews are structured, by the poor grammar and the poor spelling. What sort of company stoops to this low level?
MY EXPERIENCE: My product was on Back Order for 3 ½ weeks with no ETA, until I cancelled the order. The Digital Hardware office does not advise you of any ETA date, even after you phone them & definitely forget trying to get an e-mail response from them.

REFUND POLICY: Their refund policy says "usually 3 to 5 working days" but after 11 working days of patiently waiting, I wasn't at all surprised that this poor excuse for an online merchant still hadn't deposited my money into my account.
My cash finally appeared in my account 12 working days after cancelling the order – but I had to threaten legal & consumer action.

I investigated this company somewhat & it appears it is a 2 person operation run out of Roxburgh Park, Melbourne, according to ASIC. From the way they run their business, it would seem they don't have much time to provide good (or any) service to you, the consumer.
If you encounter problems with these people I suggest you contact ACCC.

I would hope that the feedback these crooks recieve would be taken critically by their management so that they have a chance to improve the way their business is operated. Certainly they cannot expect to run a business this way unless they want irate customers.
They should be taking this opportunity to learn something about what the customer – their bread & butter – expects from a merchant.
