Ipad delivered by snail
I ordered a 32 gb Ipad 3 from them. The price was good and it said immediate delivery. Well it took a week before it was even sent to shipping and that was after I had been hassling them because it was taking so long. So immediate delivery was rubbish. Was a good price of $95 off and I have no problems with the unit itself, just the lack of action. I honestly believe that 2-3 days would have been reasonable. Would only go back to shop there for a price, not for service

Average communication, and Slow shipping
I bought a Canon 600d single lens kit from Duty Free Central because it was the cheapest I could find. I also bought a 3 year extended Mack warranty from them. Shipping took 1 week via FEDEX, which is quite slow for a courier. Also, they didnt include the extended warranty in the box, and only after chasing them for around one month did they manage to send me the warranty details. Otherwise, the camera was in good new condition. I would only buy from them again if they were the cheapest.

Samsung tablet
I ordered a Samsung tablet on 1st October & paid immediately via PayPal. On 4th October, they advised "the product you ordered was returned to us from courier due to cannot pass the X-Ray scanning probably the Lithium battery issue. And when we process the re-ship, we find that the package is damaged and some scrathes on the surface of the item" and cancelled my order. It took 3 emails and an escalated Resolution case in PayPal to get my money refunded today (10th October).
I find it strange that they have never faced an issue shipping items with lithium batteries before, considering the items listed for sale on their website. I was also peeved that it took so much effort to get my money back.
