Great Pricing and Prompt Delivery
I have ordered a number of photography items from DWI over the past 6 months including lenses and most recently a Nikon D5200.
In terms of final cost shipped to my door, there is no one who matches DWI for price and I have been really happy with delivery reliability and timing.
The few times I have needed to ask something via customer service, the help has been good.

Good price, pretty quick shipping, very well packed, happy with the purchase. The only thing is that even though the advertise free shipping, insurance is not free. But still a good price compare to others

samsung galaxy note pro
I bought a Samsung galaxy note pro for about $600 including delivery. Great price considering the same tablet costs 40-60% more in Australia.
Delivery was as advertised, although it would have been good if DWI had indicated the estimated shipping date within the order summary.
I contacted support via chat (the automated phone system really does discourage you), who was helpful and efficient. Shipping date was confirmed as the following Monday with 1 - 3 days delivery to Sydney.
The tablet was shipped, as promised, on the following Monday (late evening) with Toll tracking ID and delivered to my door Friday morning.

Overall positive experience
I ordered a pair of Sennheiser headphones which were significantly cheaper through DWI vs in store in Australia. Paying for the order was a little confusing through Paypal but the online chat helped with that. The order was processed and shipped quickly. The courier was slow (not DWIs fault). The package arrived well packed and was exactly what I had ordered. No issues.
