Got the mobile. But not the color I wanted
I wanted a white color mobile which they said was available in stock. But later said it is out of stock. Had to settle for gold as they kept delaying the dispatch due to non availability of color. However once dispatched received the shipment within 2 working days which was excellent. Also I have heard many horror stories related to warranty services by eglobal. But will shop again from here as the experience was a lot better than other sites I have tried.

Samsung Tab3 Purchase
Each time I emailed eGlobal they were quick with their response and very friendly and helpful!
The only disappointment with my purchase is that because the Samsung Tab3 is shipped directly from Hong Kong there is NO manual and the leaflets you get are NOT in English.
Also, there is no earphones and I can't get an explanation for this other than maybe because it's an overseas model, otherwise I would have scored eGlobal a 5 star for service!

Although originally sceptical at the website etc. It proved to have no problems with shipping my item and within estimated delivery times. Seems like I may shop again!
Ordered the Go Pro Hero 3+ Black Edition and the delivery was super fast (from hong kong to Brisbane/Australia in a week). Product was the exact same you find in store for roughly $200 cheaper. Make sure to get insured delivery as I've heard of some people's stuff not showing up and not being able to do anything about it. And use paypal just in case something goes wrong. Product is perfect and authentic.
