After much research I decided on eGlobal and was not disappointed. Competitive price, easy to navigate the site, service knowledge was good and to top it off the watch is a cracker. Would highly recommend this store. y the way delivery was better than what is advertised I got mine in 3 x working days ex Hong Kong.

Bought a Kindle Paper White reader. Good service and competitively priced. I appreciate the good communication at every stage telling me where my order was at. Product was packed securely.
Very happy with the Casio G-Shock watch. It is exactly as described.
The packing was excellent and the shipping was fast to Australia. Had a bit of confusion with the courier locally that delayed delivery by a day or two - but even then it took less than a week from Hong Kong to my hand in Ballarat, Australia.
Bought a Sigma 17-50mm lens from eGlobal recently. No problems at all, fast shipping, bought it Sunday, had it Thursday and I live in a regional area in Qld. Same shipping time as a camera from Sydney. Item was tracked and received regular updates. Was a little worried about using a grey importer, but can say that I would purchase from eGlobal again without a worry.

Need to improve in communication media

I got the phone Mi3. Unfortunately it phone didn't work. I tried to reach you immediately. But there is no way to reach you by any contact and there was no online support except email. Also the delivery was delayed. And i was not happy with the phone because the basic functionality itself is not working. I felt very bad.
