Canon EOS 60D Camera and IS Lens
I purchased the 3.0 inch Wide LCD Screen Protector (product code: CSCPGEN00009) and the Canon EOS 60D Kit with EF-S 18-135mm IS Lens (product code: CKITCAN00023).
Although I did not realise my products where coming from Hong Kong, they came within the promised time span of 10 business days. I am very happy with the camera- it works well and how I believe it should, it even came with the Canon 60D strap (which was not advertised on the site) The lens, however, is different from others I have seen in stores. The zoom and focus functions work fine, but neither is very tight and are easy to wind open when hanging around my neck. My camera battery charger came with an adapter, as the original plug was for Asia (Hong Kong). I would have liked to have been notified of this before my purchase. The eGlobal site has an online 'instant' service that claims to answer any questions you may wish to ask. I found that this service was lacking quite considerably. It was handy to have someone answer my questions, but the service is definitely not instant. Some questions took operators up to 20min to answer, without any indication of wait time. I shopped with eGlobal for the price. I am satisfied with my product (the camera namely), but would choose to shop elsewhere if provided with better service and price.

Super quick delivery and high quality product
I ordered a lens for a Nikon Twin Lens DSLR from E-Global Digital Cameras for a reasonable price for such a specialised camera lens and was really pleased. The items was professionally packed and after ordering on Saturday the product arrived the following Friday.

Good price but bad service
I ordered an Instax camera with films for my sister's birthday so I chose Express Shipping. The delivery came in 3 days as expected, but it was a worse model which was half the price of which I had initially ordered. I sent a complaint and was assisted within 15 minutes. We agreed that they sent me another patch of films. It was fine for the inexpensive products but I won't purchase expensive things there as I don't want to have unpleasant surprise anymore.

eGlobal should not be allowed to operate in Australia
What ever you do don’t touch these guys – they are so unprofessional it is a joke. The first disappointment was that I bought from an Australian website (.com.au) on purpose so that i would get the Canon Australia warranty, but discovered upon using their tracking service that it was shipped from Hong King, therefore no warranty!
The camera developed focussing issues and so I sent it back to eglobal for repairs ‘under warranty’. As it was going to Hong Kong I got insurance through Australia Post which cost over $100. They took around 1 month to get it back to me and when it arrived I went out and took 6GB worth of photos and all but about 20 were not in focus. So I approached them again and they responded that they would be happy to look at it again. Which of course was going to cost me another $100 if I wanted insurance and I promptly asked them to pay for the shipping costs as it was their failure to repair correctly that resulted in me incurring the shipping costs – well since then they have just not answered any of my ‘support tickets’. I finally got to ‘talk’ to someone via their IM service 4 months later. She told me that the service department was so under the pump that I shouldn’t expect a response for a long time!! What the hell is that, not a professional outfit that’s for sure?
So as I am going overseas in August and want my camera working of course so I took it to a local repair place who took a look at it for me (another $100) and told me they couldn’t fix it and it needed to go to Canon. So off it went and here is the reply from Canon:
"Upon inspection found unauthorized tampering of the camera as evident by some internal screws fitted incorrectly to the designated areas, FPC connector for the CMOS Assembly not fitted correctly to the Bottom Printed Circuit Board Assembly causing Error 06 message on the rear LCD window, and Flange Back depth for the CMOS Assembly not within specifications resulting in focus issues with the supplied lens. * This type of repair is not covered by the terms of warranty. Quote to dismantle unit, reset and refit CMOS Assembly and correct the Flange Back depth to repair, perform Auto Focus adjustment and adjust the unit as required. Reassemble, clean, check and test all functions. Labour $ 314.00 Freight $13.00 Sub Total $ 327.00 GST $32.70 Quotation Total $359.70"
A litany of errors!!
So now I have a camera that has been out of action for the better part of nine months and the warranty has been voided because of dodgy repairs and it has cost me almost $600 to date – more than the saving you get from buying from these clowns. Whats more disappointing is that I spent almost $4000 on the body and lens.
Do yourself a favour (and everyone one else) boycott these guys and purchase from an authorised Canon re-seller, don’t waste your time, money and stress on eGlobal they are cowboys pretending to operate out of Australia. I am currently commencing action through the department of consumer protection – these guys should not be allowed to operate in this country.

Serious Doubts?
I had serious doubts about this company once i found out that this company was in Hong Kong.
However, after placing my order they contacted me to provide evidence of my address from a utility bill & provided me with the FedEx tracking code. Using the FedEx App, i could track where my delivery from Hong Kong - London Heathrow - Edinburgh, where it landed at 0433hrs and delivered at 0933hrs. Amazing!
I have to give these guys 5 Stars, as everything promised was delivered. I would not hesitate to buy from them again '& from my experience, would be happy to recommend them.

Excellent and reliable service
Amazing service and super quick delivery from eGlobal Digital cameras. I was nervous initially when buying online, but their consistent communications made me feel very confident, and delivering on the 2nd day was icing on the cake. Their prices are cheaper compared to the rest of the Australian online rip off stores. I recommend eGlobal and will continue to shop with them again.

I've made quite a bit of online searching and found out that eGlobal had the best price available including eBay.
There was "customer service chat" on the web site which i used twice before purchasing. Both times they replied right away and in a very helpful manner.
I honestly had my doubts about this store due to varying reviews regarding this shop. But I bit the bullet and bought the headphones. They've arrived within a week! Packaging was nice as well. They even asked if everything was up to my liking after i received the headphones. So I got:
