Happy Customer but...
I recently purchased a Samsung Tab Pro and some headphones and am very happy with the product, but the service could have been a little better. They had to wait a few days for delivery of the tablet, so an email letting me know there would be a delay would have been appreciated. I ordered on the 5th April and received the products on the 14th. I am still waiting to hear about the camera I was also interested in, but it's been nearly 2 months so I have purchased elsewhere.

Super speedy delivery & easy to use website
I've used eGlobal a few times now and haven't been disappointed. Ordered a smart phone very late Thursday night and received it Monday morning. The item was very well packaged and exactly what I ordered plus prices are brilliant to boot. Am I a happy customer? You bet!

Not to be trusted
I purchased from eGlobal Digital Cameras on 30 March 2014 a Nokia mobile phone advertised as being unlocked. Two weeks later the order arrived from Honk Kong and the phone was found to be locked. eGlobal arranged for the phone to be shipped back to Hong Kong for assessment. Despite numerous requests for an update on if the phone will be replaced or money refunded there has been no response in 6 weeks.
eGlobal digital cameras falsely advertised the product and failed to honour their contractual responsibility to deliver a product in working order. Rather than accept they are at fault they have chosen to remain silent and keep the money paid to them in good faith.
