I like when i get to really say something positive about a company that looks after its customers.
I ordered a "Filis Warhammer" replica weapon from them and somehow managed to get a "Filis Sword" in the mail. Obviously an error on their behalf, however they stepped up, sent me the warhammer i had originally ordered and let me keep the sword aswell for the simple mistake.
Shipping was fast both times (1 week, the second only after verifying the mistake), and the products are awesomely fun, look good and are nicely priced. From my first and only experience so far, i recommend them and only lose points on the initial screw up.
