Ordered a maxi skirt off their online store, received it that week only for it to be a playsuit - not a maxi skirt. Rang the company up and was offered free return shipping and was told the maxi skirt is being sent out via express post and will be with me in 1-2 business days. Four business days later and nothing had arrived. Rang the company up only to get an incompetent worker who constantly lied to me all day about ringing me back and saying she had rang the lady who made the order and that the original lady will call me tomorrow morning with a tracking number as no notes had been left on my order about there being another skirt shipped out.
Rang the company the next morning and the original girl had never received any calls from the lady yesterday (clearly lied to me) then proceeds to tell me that the skirt was never shipped out last week at all. No one bothered to ring me and tell me this and explain to me why.
Says she now has a skirt there and will express ship it and says it will arrive tomorrow, which i need it for tomorrow night.
This was such a waste of my time. Worst customer service i have ever had. I have never had so much hassle from ordering something online. The staff are incompetent liars and I cant believe this is how they think a business should be run. I would be embarrassed.
Bought 2 pairs of Henleys cargo pants for $24.99 on the online glue store just after the mid-year sales. Had all the sizes available online (which was a surprise) received the items neatly packaged in a few days. Very impressed with the service.
Both items were packaged in their original wrapping, all in new condition. Have bought from Glue Store online numerous times with no worries.
I ordered a pair of black velvet leggings & a Xerox long sleeve shirt as part of the pre-Christmas sale.
My items were speedily delivered within 3 days & I was happy with the customer service provided when I had to make a query regarding the requirement to keep tags attached to items for Christmas presents.

I used gluestore.com.au for a last minute birthday present for my boyfriend. I ordered shoes (Vans) and a Komono watch that I couldn't find anywhere else! It arrived quickly, butthe boxes were a little damaged. I was happy with the products overall and would order from them again.
After trying some jackets on a favourite website (won't name them out of politeness) and sending them all back, I looked further afield.
I found minkpink's under it all anorak on GlueStore and ordered it in a 12.
It's a decent jacket for winter and I'm happy with it. I think I might like it more if I was a different body type. The good thing is that I have found a lot of anoraks to be quite puffy and annoying, and can make you look fatter than you are, but this one has a good silhouette.

It is annoying that they don't do free return postage, but I'm happy enough with my purchase that I don't have to deal with that this time!
