Competitive pricing for major brand toners and ink catridge refills
I ordered Genuine Lexmark E220 Return Program Print Cartridge from the site and it arrived as described. Shipping was very fast; the toner came in 3 days. The price was also very competitive compared to other similar sites. Highly recommended.

Huge Range of Toner Cartridges Available to Order Online
I searched for "Toners for Brother HL 2130 cartridge" and Hot Toner came up on the list and specifically mentioned on the listing HL 2130 laser cartridge. I clicked on it and ordered 2x laser toner cartridge for $53.00 with free delivery in Australia. I thought that was a really good price for the replacement cartridge. Others advertised for a lot more. I registered an account and paid for the item with my credit card. I was sent a tax invoice in my email account and I received the cartridge in less than a week later. Cheap prices, huge range and free and fast delivery.

Not happy!
I ordered a Genuine Lexmark E220 Toner Cartridge from HotToner 2 weeks ago. I have previously ordered from the site, but on this occasion, I wasn't a happy shopper.

When I ordered the product, it said that I would receive it within 1-5 business days. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called them up to discover that there was actually no stock and they had no idea of when new stock would be arriving.

I understand that sometimes stock does run out, but I would appreciate it if there was some level of customer service, where a representative could at least notify me of the situation (or even say something on the product website when I ordered it). Instead, they left me hanging without any word of my order until I had to take time out of by busy day to call them up. What if that product never came into their warehouse (since they had no clue when stock would arrive)? Would I just never get the product I paid for?

However, the person that I spoke to on the phone said he would give me a refund... still waiting for it (hopefully I'll get my money back soon!)
