Easy Purchase
I purchased a number of water bottles from Howards Storage World after spending some time looking at various brands online. I found a great review for a particular bottle that is stocked by Howards, however it was not in stock at my local store when I went to buy it.
This lead me to try their online store instead. Pricing of the items was reasonable and the site was easy to use. There was a $9.95 shipping charge, however this was balanced out by a new member bonus that I received when I signed up to their rewards club.
The order arrived within a reasonable time frame, given the New Year public holiday period and the items were very well packed.
I was very happy with the purchase and would happily buy from them again, however my preference would be to purchase from a physical store to get around the cost of shipping.

Easy Purchase
I placed an order for a dish rack and drink bottle with the Howards Storage World website as I couldn't find any dish racks that I liked in store and they have a far greater range on their website.
The dish rack that I chose had quite a blurry photo on the website, but as it is a simple design this wasn't too great an issue. I added the drink bottle to my order as I felt I needed to try to make the $9.95 postage cost worthwhile.
It took just over a week for the parcel to arrive to WA and when it arrived I was really pleased with how much care had gone into packing the box, although the box itself was not a great choice of packaging for the dish rack. The box was not made of sturdy enough cardboard. The feet at the base of the dish rack were sticking out of the box, stabbing my poor postal worker as she grabbed my mail for me and the sides of the box were beginning to collapse in entirely. The disk rack is sturdy and there was lots of stuffing inside the box, so there was no damage done, but it seems like a terrible choice of box, when so much care had gone into the packing of the box itself.
I was happy with this purchase and would buy from Howards again, however I do think it is a shame that there isn't an option to collect your order from a local Howards store. It would have been nice to be able to save the cost of postage on this order.
