I never thought much of Katies before but every now and again you can find a few nice pieces. I purchased a couple of necklaces and a pair of pants for my mum. Delivery was free and so was the bonus mini hair dryer because I spent over $50. Website easy to use and navigate. Orders arrived in 6 business days. Luckily my mum like everything so I didn't need to return anything. There is an option to return items for a refund to any free standing store. A good experience.
I love Katies' click and collect option. Sometimes their online sales are better than their in store prices.
I bought two cardigans in 2 different sizes. They were ready to collect within a week. After collecting the parcel I went straight into their change rooms to try it out then returned one. Couldn't be simpler!

Katies is amazing when they have sales. I shopped during the 50% off flash sales with a coupon code, shipping was free and I got incredible bargains - everything was so cheap.

I love when Katies have their sales. I bought 2 pencil skirts, a pair of pants, a top and a scarf and it came to just below $40 and I received free shipping! Usually they offer free shipping for over $100 but during sales it's for over $75 but they calculate this using original pricing of items rather than the sale price so it's easy to get free shipping. The parcel arrives via courier and usually takes about 2-3 business days. I've loved every item I've bought, just be aware that their sizing is slightly larger so if you're between sizes order your smaller size (not a bad thing ;) ).
I ordered about $80 worth of clothing from this store, which included 3 pairs of pants and 1 shirt. Because I spent over $75 I received free shipping. It's usually when you spend over $100, but they had a promotion on at the time. Shipping is usually a flat $10, so even if you don't spend enough the shipping is reasonable. The process was very simple. The items arrived via Toll couriers the very next day (sent express overnight shipping) which was really fast. Would recommend this site to anyone and will shop there again.
I think Katies have an amazing line of modern clothing that suit old and young alike which is highly underrated at fantastic prices. I bought a 3/4 twill jacket and tie dye scarf from Katies online and received them 3 days. I always get compliments when I wear them and people are surprised that I bought them from Katies! They have great sales, even better when they offer free shipping, and if you sign up as a VIP member (for free) you even get store credit on your birthday to spend as you like!
