I've used ezibuy quite a few times before but for clothing. This time I ordered some coffee mugs and tried their Simply Collection option to save on postage. It worked really well. The package arrived at a Big W and I picked up from there. Items were all packaged well and as per photos on website.
My order arrived in 4 business days, well half my order. The other half I will have to wait for as it isn't in stock yet (I'm glad they sent them separately).
I went ahead with my purchase as I had received a code for $20 off and free shipping so of course I had to buy things + test out their service. They have reviews for all their products which was great because it helped me with sizing.
I probably won't be back though because shipping isn't free and the prices aren't that enticing nor their product range.
For what it's worth, they are a decent online store but I won't be back unless I spot something I really want.
MelissaNorthernBeaches would not shop at EziBuy again.

Beware of EziBuy editing the product reviews on their website to look favourable!
I called EziBuy to advise my disappointment regarding the Sara singlet top that was supposed to be TUNIC length - I told the very helpful operator that they didn't appear to be tunic length. After some time on the phone I was advised that they were meant to be 70cm long - mine was 63cm - it had shrunk 10% - I was also advised that they had received some reviews to this effect, I was encouraged to write a review - I did and until then I didn't realise that they edited the reviews to display them in order of best to worst - TAKE A LOOK NEXT TIME - I then did another review giving it 5 stars but added the comments that I was extremely disappointed. I got an email reply in it they filled it full of lies that they didn't edit reviews and that they are listed in order of receipt and my new one was listed LAST - why on earth would a customer look from the oldest reviews to the newest review??? they do not display a date on any of their reviews as this would clearly show their bias to make all the good ones at the top and the bad ones toward the bottom with the hope that no one looks that far. I certainly didn't look that far! I doubt I will ever buy from EziBuy again - they lie - they misrepresent their product by editing reviews. That said their telephone customer service staff have been excellent - it is their unethical marketing department that needs to be fixed.
It's very hard to find lovely clothes in the plus size range, for a young person like me. Most of the large sized clothes available are more suitable for my mother or grandmother! So I was very happy to come across Ezibuy & their range of fashionable clothes for larger women. Their clothes are not too pricey but not cheap either, however you are paying for quality! The ribbed tank top that I bought lasted me quite well through the washing machine, line dry & dryer & I still have it, still in good condition even though I purchased it in 2011! I had to pay $9.90 standard postage, I would hope it would be cheaper for just one tank top, but they do offer bonus upgrade to Priority delivery, for orders over $150.
I have bought a few items from this estore in the past. I receive their catalogue in the mail, pick my items and order them online by searching for the product code for a quick purchase. Shipping is usually within 7 days and if I wish to return a product , it is an easy process as well. Ezibuy makes it so easy to get that last minute outfit, knowing that it will be delivered promptly and I can return it if it doesn't match my expectations. For this order, it took more than a week, about 12 days maybe due to the Christmas rush. The package was traceable with Australia Post, so at least I knew the status of the delivery.
