I have been buying from Ezi Buy for the past 3 years.
I have bought clothing - dresses, tops, skirts for women and shorts and polos from their mens collection.
However I feel that the the ezibuy bed linen is great value and quality. Well worth checking the bed linen section out. They also often do bedding packages which are good value with what they include eg: sheets, towels, pillows, blanket etc..so keep an eye out for those. They often have multi buy discounts and free shipping offers as well.
Right now they have a nice range of xmas homewares, decorations and gifts. These are seasonal specials. I have seen a few things I am tempted to buy in the xmas range. Sign up to their newsletter to keep in touch with their sales, promotions which are usually well worth it.
Ezibuy also send catalogues regularly too with new products and specials. Also the outlet section on the site has good bargains if you have time to search through it.
Only downside to the site is they do have lots of products, so when you do search for thing there are usually many pages of suggested items. I have found the best way to deal with this is to narrow the search to size, colour, etc...
Shipping is fairly quick, I received my goods 5 days after placing my order. This was using their standard shipping.
Note that their customer service is very efficient. One of the dresses I bought wasn't right. As part of your parcel they include pre-printed return paper work. So all I had to do was fill out a simple form, and put the pre-printed label to return to them. Refund came through 10 days after I sent the item. No questions asked.
I have bought a few items from this estore in the past. I receive their catalogue in the mail, pick my items and order them online by searching for the product code for a quick purchase. Shipping is usually within 7 days and if I wish to return a product , it is an easy process as well. Ezibuy makes it so easy to get that last minute outfit, knowing that it will be delivered promptly and I can return it if it doesn't match my expectations. For this order, it took more than a week, about 12 days maybe due to the Christmas rush. The package was traceable with Australia Post, so at least I knew the status of the delivery.
It's very hard to find lovely clothes in the plus size range, for a young person like me. Most of the large sized clothes available are more suitable for my mother or grandmother! So I was very happy to come across Ezibuy & their range of fashionable clothes for larger women. Their clothes are not too pricey but not cheap either, however you are paying for quality! The ribbed tank top that I bought lasted me quite well through the washing machine, line dry & dryer & I still have it, still in good condition even though I purchased it in 2011! I had to pay $9.90 standard postage, I would hope it would be cheaper for just one tank top, but they do offer bonus upgrade to Priority delivery, for orders over $150.
EziBuy started in NZ and is offered in Australia too. I've been their customer for 3 years now and I'm not like to stop shopping with them. Why? I've returned a garment to them before because I measured myself incorrectly and get this: didn't have to pay for more shipping, I received the replacement dress within the week couriered to my house, no hassles. I was really impressed with the service, and trully, because I didn't need to drive my car out, find carpark, line up at the cash registers, all to exchange a dress - I will keep shopping with EziBuy. It also helps that they offer Daily Specials, they have a clearance section, sells quality garments with designer houses too, and free shipping if you buy over $100. $100 isn't hard to do when you see a dress you like for $25, a nice jacket for $30 which would probably cost you triple the amount for that design at the shops, a pair of shoes for another $20, some casual tops for $8+ each... You get my drift. My orders always arrive by the 14th business day.
I have bought lots of things from Ezibuy over the years and some of my favourite clothing items have come from them. This order was for 4 tops, two from Grace Hill, one Capture and one Emerge top as well as a pair of shoes.
I was thrilled with the tops and kept three out of the four, choosing to return one of them. This was my first attempt at purchasing shoes from Ezibuy and I found the style too wide for my feet, but the shoes were lovely. The return for those items isn't yet complete (returns do take a little while), but all my previous returns have been hassle free.
Shipping was quick, as quick as can be expected when it is coming to WA and Ezibuy kept me updated on my order status.
