Petbarn had a special for Advocate for Cats so I chose to order from here , their website is very well organised and looks good and is easy to use. Shipping is a flat rate which is lower than most other online pet stores. My order arrived 3 days after ordering and I was impressed how easy and efficient the process was.
I placed an order for 18 kilograms of cat food during a great sale PetBarn were having. The website was really easy to use and it was easy to see the items that were available for purchase.
I did however, run into problems when trying to use checkout to complete my order. I was able to pay for my order using Paypal, but not able to complete my order on the website as the website was experiencing issues, perhaps due to high traffic during the sale.
As a result, I had to e-mail Petbarn and ask them to process my order for me. They did this very quickly and I had the order exactly one week later, however there had been an error and I received someone else's order.
A store here in WA, the store that filled the order, were fantastic about fixing the problem though and they really went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was resolved. Although it was a bit of a saga, at the end of it all, I got lots of cat food at a great price and experienced some really great customer service. I would happily shop at Petbarn online again.
