I purchased 2 pairs of sandals at more than 50% off. This was in their summer clearance sale. As both pairs were less than $100 I had to pay shipping of $10. I received my order in 5 business days. Website easy to use, all in all a very smooth transaction. No refunds allowed on sale items, only exchange or credit notes.
Purchased a pair of sandals originally $100 reduced to $41! Super cheap. Trick is to wait under the shoes are heavily discounted by signing up for their email alerts. Overall good service from NW. Dispatched 1 business day after I place my order and received 3 business days later. Shoe box was a bit squashed but shoes in perfect, new condition. Great online store for good quality shoes.
The shipping time is good, got the notification that the order dispatch after 2 days (28/12), even in holiday season. However, one item in my order is out of stock, and they ship the order without notify me. When i check my credit card transaction, they charge me 2 times. The first one is the original order (2 items), the second is the order with 1 item. When i email them asking about that, they just say 1 of the item is out of stock. Then i received a refund of the first order few days after that. Anyway, not happy with the customer service. They should ask me if i want to continue the order with just 1 bag or not.
bought 2 pairs of shoes from their online store as the sales started before xmas this year. they had a 30% off sale. ordered on 21st dec and received order on 31st dec. good, prompt delivery considering the public holidays in between. very happy with packaging (in shoe boxes and bag) and great quality shoes. good idea to sign up for their emails so you know when the sales or special offers start.
