I purchased a skirt and top from Portmans Online. The skirt came in too tight but Portmans offers a return policy wherby you can send back the item or take it to your local store and receive a full refund. I tok the skirt to my local store and received a full refund (eben on sale items) How Great! Recommend Portmans to all online shoppers!
I bought a floral dress from Portmans a couple of months ago. They were having a massive sale and I thought why not, might as well buy a nice summer dress for work. Shipping on the product was pretty fast, I waited about 5-7 working days.
The colours of the dress were exactly like they appeared on the website, a mix of soft pastel. The sizing, however, was a bit off. I am a standard size 8 and have very rarely bought any other size but this dress sat a bit too loose on my shoulders. Regardless, the dress gets a fair bit of wear in the summer months with the use of a belt. If only I had known to size down I would've been completed happy with this purchase.
I purchased a coat from Portmans online. *It was too easy to order. *Delivery was VERY fast - next business day. *The only thing I would suggest is offering 'free shipping' when you spend over a certain amount. As I spent over $100 on the coat and I would have expected this service.
