I couldn't make it to Lush's 50% sales at their physical stores so I spent up a storm online. My order was $70, saving $70 where I picked up some Limited Edition Christmas products as well as favourites on sale.
So happy with everything I got as I logged on early to grab stuff before the rush. My order went through smoothly with no complications.
I ordered a few gift sets, body lotions and lip scrub and they arrived in 6 business days. They had warned us packages would take longer to arrive since there were so many orders.
Nothing arrived damaged and I'm very happy with my purchases, Lush stuff is really luxurious and lovely!
I purchased some Lush special edition Christmas items from their website as there isn't a Lush store close to me.
I was really happy with the purchase. The items were packed well and the shipping time was reasonable. Much better than fighting traffic and crowds to get to a physical store.
I purchased a range of soaps and body washes from Lush in the lead up to Christmas.
I have always found it easier purchasing from them online than going to the nearest store and fighting the crowds.
I was really happy with my purchase. Because I spent over $150, shipping was free and the items arrived in a timely manner. They did have a delayed postage date due to the release date of one of the items that I purchased, but I was aware of this and they were posted on the day of the release.
I would definitely use the Lush online store for my purchases again in future.
I placed a couple of orders with Lush Online just after Christmas as they always have a Boxing Day sale, with Christmas items half price.
The purchase process itself was a bit of a saga as the online shopping cart wasn't correctly set up for the sale, this meant that I placed two orders within a few hours of each other as when I placed my first order, not all the Christmas products were marked as being on sale, however they were on sale a few hours later, so I placed another order.
To Lush's credit, I requested that those two orders be combined in one parcel and the shipping cost for one parcel to be refunded. I didn't really like my chances, as I knew they would be snowed under with the same, however to my delight, they did exactly that a little over a week after I placed the orders.
The items arrived in a timely manner and were very, very, well packed. Everything arrived in great condition.
I placed numerous orders during a Lush Boxing Day sale and this order proved to be the most problematic.
I had requested that Lush advise me of an updated total for the items before I paid for them. After two weeks of hearing nothing I followed up with them and they provided the updated total and payment details.
The parcel arrived within an acceptable time frame once it was paid for, with the items arriving about 3 1/2 weeks after I placed the order.
That debacle aside, the order was very well packed with the items well protected and as always, the products are truly divine.
It is a good thing I wasn't in a hurry for this order, however as the items were half price I am more than happy to have waited this long for them.
I am not one to get really excited about big sales, but I get really, really excited about the Lush Boxing Day sale. So excited that when I just happened to wake up at 4am on Boxing Day (WA time) I logged into my computer to check on the status of the Lush sale.
I was able to purchase a pile of Christmas items at 50% off as well as some non-Christmas items, that were included in the sale. The discount code didn't work properly when I came to checkout on the website, it didn't calculate 50% properly, more like 40-45% off. However, I knew that the items I wanted would be selling out quickly and I was happy to be getting them on sale at all.
I was happy to have made this decision when later in the day (by later I mean early morning WA time) most of the items I had bought were already sold out.
My items arrived to WA on the 5th January and they were very well packed with everything surviving the trip intact and without leaking.
I am very, very happy with this purchase.
I will definitely shop at Lush online again in future.
I shopped online because I thought it would be more convenient than travelling to the shop. Turns out the postage is quite pricey for the size of the products and it takes a while to arrive. If you can get to the store itself I would! I will continue to shop at Lush but not online.
