I usually buy Mirenesse products from TVSN as they offer excellent package deals and they have a returns policy which is unusual for Australia. I have made several orders directly from the Mirenesse website for products that I have not seen on TVSN, as well as special promotion offers. I received my orders from Mirenesse in about ten days (I live in a regional area), and everything was wrapped well.
When I first signed up as a Mirenesse customer, I was bombarded with regular offers, but they eventually stopped. Now I just receive occasional offers; usually via my mobile phone.
Mirenesse doesn't have the best reputation regarding their customer service, but so far I haven't had any problems with them. I have read lots of complaints about their so-called "free" products promotion ... where people complain about paying a high cost for posting each item. These promotions still work out much cheaper than buying their products at full price.
