When trying to look for jewelries, Swarovski came first in mind. The website is great! All photos are clear with prices all attached in each item. I ended up buying the Solitaire Pierced Earrings.
Overall experience was great, although the delivery was later than expected. I ordered on the 18th, and it was shipped on the 23rd.
The packaging was also very neatly and safely packed. With a Genuine Swarovski Certificate included as well as a "thank you gift". The "thank you gift" was a tiny bag filled with loose crystals in various colour! So pretty, I'm still not sure what to do with those crystals.
Ordered 26/12/15 and received on 30/12/15. Was impressed with the fast shipping since 26/12/15 and 28/12/15 were public holidays.
Shipping is free for purchases over AUD $150.
The parcel was sent via FedEx and they will only deliver if someone is home and signs for it unless you specifically sign a form to say it is ok to leave the parcel at the front door. Items all well wrapped and as described.
I ordered online because when I went to the physical Swarovski store, they said certain items that were on sale online weren't on sale in store. Also there was a queue to get into the Swarovski store....about 20 min wait.
The only criticism I have about the website is that items that are out of stock are still listed and it's not until you click on the item that it tells you the item is not available.
Ordered on the 12th June and the items were only shipped on 25th June then took another week to receive it. So took 3 weeks in total.
Their jewellery are not made in Austria/Europe.
I bought the "Circle pendant" and "Gold lychee charm", these were made in Thailand, but the quality is still very nice.
I also bought the "Stretched pendant and earrings": these are made in China and to me the quality wasn't as good. Also the items were a lot smaller than it appeared online.
Shipping is free for purchases over AUD$300.
They provided Swarovski gift bags for each item which is good if you are buying them as gifts.
