I ordered a number of items from the Zanui website on 11th June 2013, including a Dreambaby Deluxe Baby Bath Seat, Little Innocents Hair & Body Wash, Boon Bath Appliqués (bath toys) and a Dreambaby Flat Screen TV Saver (childproof item).
It was easy to use the Zanui website, and order was placed without a hitch. I received immediate email confirmation of my order.
On 12th June I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. I thought "Gee...that was quick!". Then later that day I received a phone call from a Zanui representative stating that the TV Saver was not available and would be delayed by approx a fortnight. I was able to choose whether to wait for the order, or to cancel and refund the item. I decided to refund the item.
On 13th June I received my first item, which was the hair and body wash.
On 14th June I received two emails, stating that my order had been shipped. On the 17th and 18th respectively, I received the Bath Appliqués, and the baby bath seat.
Shipping is quite expensive at $18.00, but I understand why now when all these items appeared to come from different suppliers! I'm not sure whether I'd order from them again with postage being so expensive and so...er...weird! To their benefit though, they were quick!
A refund for the TV saver was made back to my PayPal account on 18th June.
