Quality of goods great, however I had an imperfection in one garment, they were happy to offer a partial refund, which I was happy with. They were quick and responsive with my complaint and provided a great solution.

Boohoo - does not sound like a likely name for a fashion store, but it is. Stocking the latest trends similar to those you've seen in the storefront windows at the shopping centre, and those you haven't seen at physical stores, but have seen on celebrities in magazines.
This was the first time I've purchased form BooHoo, so I wasn't sure about the quality of the garment, if it'd fit well, and how long I'd be waiting for the items.
The guideline is 8 days delivery, but hey presto - 5 business day and my two pretty dresses arrived, exactly as pictured on their website, fit perfectly, and no funky smell.
Definitely shop from this place if you're after a bargain and don't mind wearing cotton.
They are my number 2 favourite online shop, I like their clothing and pretty much everything, but the only cons is their size are not really accurate, some of the clothes sometime are 1 size smaller, I had an issue with their delivery before, the parcel usually take 8 days to arrive but that time was longer than usual so I sent them an email about it, and they replied within 1 day and my parcel arrived after a few day. Their service was pretty good and efficiently too. So overall, they are very nice.
Bought a Studded Hi-Top shoes with 15% promotion code. It came on my expected date but I'm a little bit disappointed with it this time, the colour of the shoes is not really accurate from the photo, on the photo its a soft bright yellow, and in person its brighter like a neon highlight pen. Its not like I don't like it, its just I would prefer the colour on the photo. But other than that, its a cool shoes anyway and it fits well and comfy so I'll just suck it up.
I was extremely hesitant to buy from boohoo after reading some very negative reviews but I decided to give them a go as they had some items I really liked. I've been ordering clothes from them over the past 5 months and am really impressed with their service and clothes.
Their delivery timeframe has been exactly what they advertise (7-10 working days in NZ and free delivery over $50.00 which is great because I can pay up to 7.50 for items ordered in my own country from NZ suppliers which seems crazy to me)
Most of the items I've ordered have been exactly as advertised and I've been getting plenty of wear out of them (and compliments too). There has been the odd item that is a bit disappointing, mainly because the colours are a bit more vibrant than they look on the website. I'm on a budget when it comes to clothing so I don't pay $20.00 for a dress and expect it to look like $200.00 worth!
I've ordered a wide range of clothing - dresses, cardigans, leggings, jeans, tops. I would say that everything is pretty much true to size but you might want to go up a size in dresses as they tend to be very fitting.
I've only had one delay in delivery and once I contacted them to advise I hadn't received my delivery they were onto it straight away and I had my order within a week, they kept me updated via email as to where my order was at all times.
They have really good specials/sales which are great - I don't usually buy anything unless it's on sale.
Overall I am really impressed with their sales/service/clothes - if you want trendy clothes on a budget boohoo is the place to go!
