Hi, I was wondering did it take auspost a few days to show your tracking number? Because they shipped it on the 27/10, but its still invalid. I know it might take time for it to be details to be uploaded onto auspost, but how long it take for you?

I had the same problem with the tracking site when sending a parcel off, they hadn't updated the tracking until it arrived at the destination. Don't fret, it should be with you by next week! I love love love iHerb! They're so fast with the introduction of Australia Post - DHL Express is also really quick. This time my order was light so I used Australia Post.

I adore iHerb! Recently I made a huge order for supplements for my parents, gifts for my friends and some cleaning products plus skincare for myself. It totaled over $100 and the large parcel arrived with all the products intact.
Anything that could potentially spill/leak was neatly stored in a reusable plastic zip lock bag so I was very happy about that. They take a lot of care shipping which is wonderful however I do get annoyed when they are out of stock on items as it usually takes another month of waiting for it to come back - they need to deal with their inventory better!
Overall though, I'm always impressed with the service and speed of my delivery, this one took about 7 business days via Australia Post (registered post - only costed $4US) because it was a huge order.

So far, I have made three orders with iHerb.com. Each time, I requested that my package be sent with DHL. I have been happy with my experience with iHerb.com as my orders were sent quickly. The first two packages were packed in a slightly sloppy manner in that there was was scrunched up cardboard/paper to protect the products. My last order was packed better and items such as shampoo bottles were placed inside plastic bags in addition to scrunched up cardboard/paper.
When I tracked my order with DHL, my packages arrived in Sydney in about three days. It took an extra 4-5 days for me to receive my order as I live in a regional area.
I've bought some products there for my health and beauty. All products are worthy. Besides you can always read reviews and pick the valuable product. The shipping is fast up to 7 days. Really love it!
