After being recommended by some colleagues I decided to place an order from Wiggle for a helmet mount for my bike lights. The prices were competitive, but with free shipping from the UK to Australia, it was an easy decision to try them out.
Was very easy to find the product that I was after, and the prices were shown in AUD which was excellent. After placing an order I was provided with updates on the status as it moved along until it was shipped. Delivery took close to 2 weeks but was well packaged.
I've used Wiggle a number of times and always had good service from them (including one time I had to send something back after changing my mind on something). This particular order was for a couple of things in preparation for my cycle tour: 1 x Park Tools Puncture Repair Kit Super Patch and 1 x Ortlieb Folding Bowl (10 Litre) Green.
As usual the order was dispatched quickly and received (at my UK address) two days later. Wiggle generally have good prices and service and I would recommend them.
I ordered a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 14 Shoes from Wiggle earlier this year and from memory they arrived within 10 days which is fairly good considering it came from the UK.
I ordered a pair of Mizuno running shoes and a pair of Nike running shorts in the Wiggle.co.uk Mega Sale.
The website is very comprehensive. You can easily view items by category, brand, price etc. There is a good section for people to submit reviews on products. There is also a customer service email but I didn't have to use it.
The products included free international delivery (as it was over the minimum spend). The runners were less than half price what I would have to pay locally.
I was notified of my purchase by email, and the products were dispatched the same day!
The package with both items arrived by courier 6 days later (less than 3 working days), which is incredible.
The products were as described and the reviews were helpful in choosing the correct size.
I will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for sporting equipment or apparel.
I received an email a day or so later with discount vouchers to put towards my next purchase.
On the 06/02/2013 i ordered a 'Exposure Storm Cap for Smart Port' from wiggle and within a couple of hours of purchase it was sent, it arrived just today, could not fault that turnaround one bit!

Both were listed as "In Stock" when I placed the order. The Pedals were processed on Feb 6, and arrived Feb 18 (13 Days after ordering).
However, the shoes are still on back order from their supplier. I canceled the order on the shoes today, as I will be buying them elsewhere so I can try the pedals ASAP.
I am happy with the price of the items form this store, but believe they should not have listed the shoes as "in stock", if 13 days after the order, it is still on back order from their supplier.
Consider this shop ships from UK, i got my items in just over a week. Happy to wait for this given the savings. Email signup bonus is handy, and they always have good sales so worth signing on
