I ordered a personalised mug and card, and almost 20 business days later - it STILL has not arrived. I have tried contacting everybody I can (which is very difficult, as the only people I could find were the Snapfish Online Chat people and the actual store). I am so jealous of everybody with positive reviews and I am saddened that I did not get the same experience - I absolutely hate this and would never go through this inconvenience ever again and I would not recommend this to any of my friends (although I will be sure to give them a recount of my absolutely horrible experience).

Quality Printing @ Low Cost
I ordered a photo book from Snapfish Australia for my friend's birthday and received a high quality photo book within 4 days. It is 20% cheaper compare to retail stores and I have also received a bonus of 100 free photo prints.
I had ordered a 20 paged softcover photo book from this website two days after Christmas. I have never processed any photo related items before online and decided to give it a go. The website was easy to use and I was able to upload my photos and customise my photobook. From the day of purchase online, it took one day for them to print and complete my order. After completion of my order, they sent it the next business day - it took 10 days to arrive at my place.
It was posted in an envelope with cardboard and plastic over it it so that the book was protected. I was quite pleased with the quality of the photos in the book for the reasonable price that it was offered at. Snapfish also sent me a bunch of discount codes that I may use in the future :)

I ordered a Custom Soft Cover Photo Book. Delivery took 5 days. The delivered product was much better than I had expected - The quality of the photos I had used were fairly poor, but the printed article had a quality matted finish which certainly did the pics justice.
I've ordered prints and made a photobook through SnapFish and found them to provide high quality prints for an extremely competitive price.
They regularly offer deals and coupons and give 20 free prints regularly to their customers. Great in this digital age to print out large numbers of physical prints for a low price.
Shipping is very reasonable or you can choose to pick up your goods at a Kmart store close to you. They also offer a wide range of products you can have your photos printed on. Highly recommended and will use again shortly for about 3 holidays worth of photos!

I have been using snapfish Australia for a couple of years and have always been very happy with their service. However, after ordering my calendars this year for Christmas gifts I have discovered that I actually ordered them through snapfish USA by mistake so now they will not be arriving by the expected date (19/12/2014) I can't believe this has happened as it has never happened to me previously. The site looked exactly the same and had my projects listed.
I recommend that an alert comes up when a snapfish Australia customer is ordering products from overseas as if it happened to me it could happen to others.
I am so disappointed that my family's gifts will not be arriving before Christmas!
Whilst my enlargements haven't arrived yet (only ordered yesterday) I was very impressed when Snapfish manually applied a 50% saving coupon I had forgotten to apply. Only took one email from me. Totally impressed!
