My last order included a multi tiered knit skirt for my 2 year old daughter, she is in love with this skirt and twirls around in it. The material is really nice and soft.
Shipping is really quick also, usually 1-3 business days via DHL with tracking!

Big online sale from xmas day. purchased some tops and hats for the kids for summer. most things were at least 30% off. great quality..washes well. ordered on 25th dec and received 31st dec. very quick delivery considering all the public holidays in between. each top/hat was nicely packaged in plastic bags and in perfect condition. would definitely shop here again as great quality at great prices during sales and very good delivery service.

Very good variety of kids clothes and accessories
Charlie and Me is the sister store of Pumpkin Patch. Their clothes are usually cheaper that PP and have great sales every now and again. Only purchased 1 dress for my daughter this time....$34 reduced to $15 with free shipping. Signing up for their emails is a good idea as you are the first to know about sales and a free shipping code. Arrived in 4 business days (next day dispatch) and came in perfect condition. Will definitely continue to shop here.

Great price for kids clothing!
Very good price for baby clothing as a local retailer. I waited till the website got 20% off storewide and free shipping, spent $82, and I received 13 items (tops, pants, shoes, socks). All clothes were wrapped individually in a plastic bag. Happy with quality too, feels quite comfortable in my hand. One thing to note by mums thou, the size seems a bit small. my bub is at the 50% chart, the 6-12 months clothes seem a bit small on him, he is now 7 months. Whereas other clothes brands he is fine with 6-12 months size.

I ordered some clothes on sale for my daughter on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. I was very surprised considering they say it can take up to 7 days. Great quality clothing at reasonable prices when on sale. Free shipping and good returns policy. Will continue using this company.

On line orders
I purchased on line and wanted to refund it. even though the refund policy says that, on line purchased items can be refunded at any store. when I went to refund the item at Tuggaranong store in ACT, they simply refused it saying they don't do on line refunds. the reason the sales girl gave me was that the manager has told her not to refund on line purchased items. it seems that they have no idea of the refund policy. I had to come back after travelling 35Km as this is the only store in ACT. when this was addressed to Charlie and me received a call from area manager but no apology from the store. Now I have to go back again 35km. very bad service.
