Purchased a few photobooks from them now and the only I have is the 3 weeks it takes for delivery. The program they provide for you to download is easy enough and compatible with PC or MAC. The templates are average but easy to use. The only thing you need to be careful of is picking the correct size and book. Once you select one, you are stuck with it and the size cannot be changed without starting over again.
End product is 7/10. I use a high end DSLR and lens (Canon 5d2 with assorted L lenses) and the printing is average. But if youre like me and rarely print photos, this is the next best thing to having something on hand rather than through a monitor.
